How to Reserve a Room

Please read our Policy for Public Use of the Meeting Rooms below before calling to reserve a room.

The following rooms are available for public use:

• Main Library Saguaro Room - maximum occupancy 110 people
• Main Library Board Room - maximum occupancy 20 people
• Main Library Study Room 1 - maximum occupancy 6 people
• Dobson Ranch Branch Meeting Room - maximum occupancy 75 people
• Red Mountain Roadrunner Room - maximum occupancy 25 people
• Red Mountain Coyote Room - maximum occupancy 40 people
