SUMMER READING PROGRAMS*
Tuesday, May 26 to Sunday, July 26
Program details

Free food from Chipotle Mexican Grill and Sonic Drive-In, free tickets to Phoenix Mercury and Phoenix Roadrunner games, and free books from Baker & Taylor! These are just some of the great prizes that Mesa’s young readers can receive, when they participate in the Mesa Public Library’s 2009 Summer Reading Programs!

Three programs are being offered (each with a different set of prizes), based on the age of the reader.

  • “Create a Reader @ your Library” program will be for infants and toddlers

  •  “Be Creative @ your Library” program will be for children

  • “Express Yourself @ your Library” program will be for teens.

No matter the age of the child, they are invited to join these free programs and earn prizes for reading, or being read to, this summer! Come to any Mesa Public Library, beginning May 26, to join.

Sponsored by Target, with special contributions from Chipotle Mexican Grill, Phoenix Mercury, Phoenix Roadrunners, Baker & Taylor, Sonic Drive-In, and the Maricopa County Friends of the Library!
