Catalog and Databases Technical Help
This page will help when you are
having trouble logging in to our Article & Information Databases
The City of Mesa Library purchases subscriptions
to a wide variety of online databases for your use as a cardholder. All of these databases can be used from
any Internet workstation inside the Library.
Some of these databases are available to our users over the Internet. To
use these databases from outside the Library--using a computer at your
home, work, school, or elsewhere--you will need a City of Mesa Library
card and PIN. If you do not have a PIN, please
click
here for information on getting a PIN.
Trouble opening a database or logging
in?
Sometimes our users can get into one
database, but not another.
When your log in is successful, you will not need to log in a second time after you
select a database.
If you are having trouble logging in
or you get a second log in screen after you click on a database link
to open it, there
is most likely a quick fix. Try this first:
